Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA appearing for the State respondents. 2. By means of instant petition, the petitioner prays for a mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to conduct a fair, impartial and expeditious investigation in Case Crime No.0092 of 2025, Police Station Chhapia, District Gonda. 3. On the other hand, learned AGA states on the basis of instructions sent by one Sri Mayank Verma, Sub Inspector, Police Station Chhapia, District Gonda dated 11.12.2025 that in the matter, a final report dated 22.08.2025 has been submitted in the court. 4. Upon the same being pointed out, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not intend to press this petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue appropriate remedy as may be available to him. 5.
