Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned state counsel for opposite party No.1 and Mr. Shubham Tripathi learned counsel for opposite parties 2 to 4. 2. Petition has been filed seeking following prayers:- " i) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to provide the pay scale and other consequential service benefits to the petitioner on the initial post of Technician Grade-Il at par to his first junior and accordingly rectify the anomaly which affects on further promoted posts in the Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow with effect the date when the first junior to the petitioner was given the aforesaid service benefit on the similar & equivalent posts; ii) To issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the opposite parties to pay the arrears of salary and other allowances to the petitioners arising out of providing the pay scale at par to the employees who were selected along with the petitioner in the year 2005 on the similar post of petitioner i.e. Technician Grade-II in the SGPGI thereby notionally providing the increments to the petitioner on the initial post of Technician Grade-II;" 3. Since petitioner's grievances would require consideration of factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to make a fresh representation before opposite party No. 2 i.e. Director, Sanjay Gandhi Post Graduate Institute of Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anurag Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Shubham Tripathi Intsar Ahmad .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Medical Education And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) Medical Sciences, Raebareli Road, Lucknow or any other competent authority. In case such a representation is filed, the same is required to be decided within a period of six weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the said authority. 4.
