It is argued learned counsel for the petitioners that subsequent to the filing of the present petition, the petitioner was informed by the authorities that fresh decision has been taken by the State Government on 06.02.2025 pursuant to the order dated 23.01.2025 passed this Court in Writ A No.343 of 2025. Hence a prayer has been made by learned counsel for the petitioners to dismiss the present petition as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition challenging the order dated 06.02.2025 passed by the State Government. 2. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
