Satyen Vaidya, Judge (oral): It has been represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in these petitions 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? -2- has already been adjudicated upon by a Coordinate Bench of this Court and such decision is under challenge by the respondent-State in LPA No. 68 of 2020 before the Hon’ble Division Bench of this Court. He further submits that the decision of these petitions will necessarily have to be abide by the judgment to be passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in LPA No. 68 of 2020. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitions can be disposed of at this stage with observations that after the decision in LPA No. 68 of 2020, the parties will abide by the judgment in LPA No. 68 of 2020. 3. Accordingly, the petitions are disposed of with directions that the parties will abide by the decision in LPA No. 68 of 2020. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
