Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Page No.# 2/3 2. This application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, 1. Aijuddin Sarkar, has prayed for grant of bail in connection with Sapatgram P.S Case No. 38/2025 registered under Sections 21(b)/25/29 of NDPS Act, 1985. 3. Case diary is not received. 4. The gist of the allegation against the petitioner is that an intermediate quantity of heroine was recovered from the possession of the accused. 5. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the accused petitioner has already spent 58 days in custody. Considering the length of detention, prayer for bail may be considered. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, shall be released on bail of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Bilashipara, Dhubri subject to the conditions that the petitioner: (a) shall not hamper with the investigation, or tamper with the evidence of the case; (b) shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. 7.
