Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to rely upon a communication dated 15.01.2024 issued by Respondent No.3 to submit that pursuant to joint meetings between the Petitioner and Respondent No.1, the Petitioner has been found eligible for allotment of the premises i.e. Flat No.125, Pocket-03, Ground Floor, Type-A, Bindapur, Delhi [hereinafter referred to as ‘subject flat’]. 1.1 A copy of communication dated 15.01.2024 has been handed across to the Court today. The Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file. 2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, thus, submits that the only issue that remains in the present Petition is handing over of possession of the subject flat. Ms. Vrinda Kapoor, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent/DDA in W.P.(C) 3903/2023 is requested to appear in the present Petition as well. 4. Ms. Vrinda Kapoor, learned Counsel for Respondent No.1/DDA, on instructions, submits that the process of handing over of the subject flat is underway. She seeks additional time of four weeks for completion of the process. 5. In view of the submissions made by the parties, the following direction are passed: (i) The possession of the subject flat at Flat No.125, Pocket-03, Ground Floor, Type-A, Bindapur, Delhi shall be handed over to the Petitioner by Respondent No.1 on or before 25.04.2025; (ii) The necessary Conveyance Deed shall be executed as expeditiously as possible after the date of handing over of possession of the subject flat. (iii) In the event, if Respondent No.1 requires any details, documents or clarification from the Petitioner, Respondent No.1 is at liberty to take appropriate steps within the next two weeks. 6. The present Petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforegoing terms. Pending Application stands closed. 7. List for compliance on 19.05.2025 in the Supplementary List. 8.
