The petitioner is the registered owner of a vehicle (Indigo) bearing registration No. AS-25-CC-6236, which was hired by the respondents on different dates between the year 2019-2023 for the purpose of maintaining law and order situation. The petitioner thereafter raised her bill amounting to Rs. 26,87,012.00/- before the respondents. However, till date, as the said amount has not been paid to the petitioner, and therefore she is before this Court by Page No.# 3/3 way of the present writ petition. 3. The respondent No.6 has filed affidavit-in-opposition and in paragraph 6 A, it is stated that the bill amounting to Rs.1,68,108/- for the hiring period from 01.07.2023 to 30.09.2023 has already been credited to the bank account of the petitioner on 20.02.2024. Further, at paragraph 6 B, it is also stated that the remaining 10 (ten) numbers of bills amounting to Rs.25,18,904/- has already been forwarded to the sanctioning authority to accord sanction of the fund required to make payment to the petitioner. 4. On a consideration of the affidavit-in-opposition filed by the respondent No.6, particularly, paragraph 6 A and 6 B, this Court is of the considered opinion that the amount of Rs. 25,18,904/- is an undisputed amount. 5. Ms. U. Das, learned Addl. Senior Govt. Advocate appearing on behalf of all the respondents submits that the admitted amount of Rs.25,18,904/- has already been forwarded to the sanctioning authority and therefore the respondents may be given sufficient time to pay the same to the petitioner. 6. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and also taking into consideration the submission made by the learned Addl. Senior Govt. Advocate, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to pay the admitted amount to the petitioner within a period of 4(four) months from the date of receipt of a certified true copy of the order of this Court. 7.
