Heard Sri Ashutosh Kumar Tiwari, Advocate holding brief of Sri Piyush Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 5. This writ petition has been filed with the following relief :- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned seizer/kurki proceeding initiated by the Zonal Officer, Zone-5, Nagar Nigam, Alambagh, Lucknow vide order dated 13.10.2025 whereby date has been fixed i.e. 25.10.2025 for seizer/kurki of the property House No.569Ka/477/1 situated at Sneh Nagar, Alambagh in the name of Swantra Girls Degree College, contained in Annexure no.1 to this writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some subsequent developments, petitioner does not want to press this writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh. Learned Standing Counsel for the State and learned counsel for respondent nos.2 to 5 have no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
