E! 2. It is the case of the prosecution, that the petitioner along with other accused involved in public welfare schemes. On the complaint given by the Chairperson of the Primary Agricultural Co-operative Society, Gorantla, the present 'crime was registered against the accused. 3. During the course of jnvest'lgation, it is alleged that the petitioner who is Tahsildar, joined hands with the other accused <`3- TCDS,J CRL.P.NO.5090 OF 2025 and created fake documents by changing the entries in the web land record. 4. lt is further case of the prosecution that the petitionerJs digital signature. is also available on web land, thereby the Petitioner I'S added aS accused No.13 in the instant crime, through a memo dated 22.01.2025. 5. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not involve in the instant crime and he was falsely implicated based on the confession statement given by the other accused. He further submits that during the relevant period, he was not posted at Bellamkonda MandaI, Palnadu District. He would further submit that the entries which are available in the web land onlI'ne Was Certified by the computer operator and automatically due to digital signature his name was reflected and did not make any new entrI'eS in the Web land online. 6. Per contra, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that during the tenure of the petitI'Oner, he committed certain illegality in respect of web land register and thereby it I'S clear that the petitioner also joined hands with the co-accused for wrongful gain. He would further submit that the investigation is ` not yet completed and if the petitioner is enlarged on bail, he may tamper with the prosecution witnesses taking advantage of his position. 7. Heard learned counsel for the petitl-oner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, perused the mate-rial available on T---.-. .a\ -- ` CRL.P.NO.5Cy`_ record. The instant crime was registered in the year 2022 and the .petitioner was arrayed as A13 through memo dated 22.01.2025 based on the confession statement given by the other accused. 8. Having considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, during the relevant Period he Was not posted as Tahsildar at Bellamkonda Mandal, Pa'lnadu District, and taking into consideration Of the fact that the petitioner is added as the confessional statement of other accused, this c-ourt is inclined to allow the present Criminal petition with the following conditions:- i) The petitioner shall be released on bail in the event Of arrest of the petitioner, in connection with Crime No.258 of 2O22 .on the file of Nallapadu Police `Station, on executing a personal bond for a sLlm of Rs.20,OOO/- (Rupees twenty thousand Only), with two sureties each for 'like sum each to the satisfaction of Nallapadu Police Station; I ii) The petitionershall make himself available for investigation as and when required; iii) The petitioner shall not cause any threat, inducement Or promise to the prosecution Witnesses; iv) The pet-ltioner shall appear. before the concerned Police station on every sunday between 10:00A.M and 05:00 P.M., till filing of charge sheet. 5.
