Upbhokta Sahkari Sangh Ltd., Lucknow, which is taken on record and that shall be the part of the record. Referring the aforesaid order dated 13-12-2025, he submitted that the retiral dues have been paid including the gratuity and leave encashment to the petitioner and further the direction is also given for the payment of interest on the late payment, for which the petitioner is entitled for. In this view of the matter, this writ petition has lost it's efficacy and therefore, the writ petition is hereby disposed of with the direction to the respondent- authorities to make payment of the amount is Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anilesh Tewari Counsel for Respondent(s) : Ayush Chaudhary Brijesh Kumar Srivastava .....Petitioner(s) U.P. Managing Director And Another .....Respondent(s) decided vide order dated 13-12-2025 within the period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned. It is further provided that since the department itself has decided to pay the interest on the late payment of gratuity and the other retiral dues and therefore, the same shall also be paid as per the law settled.
