GP FOR TRANSPORT (AP) The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NO: 10885/2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “…to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondents in considering the services of Petitioner for regularization of service or for providing fresh appointment to the post of Sweeper in 3rd Respondent organization as illegal, arbitrary, high handed, discriminatory and void being in derogation of Article 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to continue the service of Petitioner by regularizing her services as Sweeper or provide fresh appointment to the post of Sweeper in 3rd Respondent organization…” 2. Heard Ms. Pulipati Radhika, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents is in attendance. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this Court passed interim Order dated 07.08.2019 directing the respondents to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 27.12.2018 in accordance with law. It appears, they have not passed any such orders and no such order was communicated to the Petitioner till this day. Learned Counsel would further submit that the Petition may be disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to make a fresh representation to the respondent-authorities and a direction may be given to the respondents to consider the representation and pass appropriate Orders. 3 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to make a fresh representation to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and on submission of such representation, the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to take appropriate decision according to Governing Rules and law.
