Learned counsel for the Electricity Department states that final assessment has been made with regard to the claims of the Electricity Department and that the final assessment has not been challenged in this writ petition. In view of the fact that the final assessment has not been challenged, we find that the writ petition is not maintainable. In view thereof, instant writ petition is dismissed.
