Learned A.G.A on the basis of instructions dated 24.10.2025 received from Sri Dileep Kumar Verma, Sub Inspector, Police Station Hathgwan, District Pratapgarh, submits that the final report bearing no.26/2025 has been forwarded to the court on 14.09.2025, which could not be disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy and has rendered infructuous. 4.
