CWP No. 2793 of 2023 3. With the consent of the parties, the matter has been taken up for consideration today itself. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, without prejudice to the other contentions raised by the petitioner, it would be in the interest of justice, in case, the matter is disposed of with direction to the Authority concerned, to decide the representation filed by the petitioner, copy whereof is appended with the petition as Annexure P-4, dated 03.08.2022. 5. In the light of the request so made by learned counsel, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the representation filed by the petitioner be decided by respondent No.3, with a period of 12 weeks from today and after giving an opportunity of being heard to the stake holders. The party shall be at liberty to supplement their contentions before the Authority, in case, the need so arises and if they make any such request, then such opportunity shall be provided.
