Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel, who appears on behalf of State-Respondents. This petition has been filed with the following main prayers : "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the opposite party No. 1 to 3 to give the effect and implement the order dated-20.12.2024 and 27.12.2024 passed by the Opposite party no. 3 and to dispossess the opposite No. 4 & 5 from Gata No. 552 Kha, contained as Annexure No. 1 & 2 to this writ petition, within time bound period which this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the interest of justice." Learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, has informed that the orders dated 20.12.2024 and 27.12.2024 passed by the Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil Musafirkhana, District Amethi, have been sought to be recalled by moving a recall application by respondent nos.4 and 5. A copy of the recall application moved by respondent nos.4 and 5 has been affixed on the door of the petitioner, as the petitioner was unavailable for personal service. A report of the Tehsildar, Musafirkhana, District Amethi, has been enclosed with the said instructions. A copy of such instructions is kept on record. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court of the Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil-Musafirkhana, District Amethi, in case he has any grievance or objections against such recall application.
