GP FOR REGISTRATION AND STAMPS (AP) 2. The Court made the following: ORDER The above contempt case is filed complaining non-implementation of the order dated 22.11.2018 in W.P.No.42012 of 2018. 2. The petitioner filed the above said writ petition assailing the action of respondents 2 and 4 in including the land of an extent of Ac.2.00 cents in S.No.2072/4 and extent of Ac.1.00 cents in S.No.2073/3 of Doddipalli Revenue village, Piler Mandal, Chittoor Districtn in the prohibitory lands list, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. The said writ petition was disposed of on 22.11.201198 and the operative portion of the order reads thus: “In view of the above and for the reasons alike in W.P.No.23838 of 2018, this writ petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to delete the subject land of the petitioner from the list of prohibitory lands issued by the respondents 2 and 4 under Section 22A of the Registration Act, 1908 forthwith; it is open for the petitioner to present the document for registration in respect of the subject property before the 5th respondent and on submission of the said document, the 5th respondent shall register the same without reference to the Prohibitory list issued under Section 22A of the Registration Act, 1908”. 4. In the affidavit filed in support of the contempt case, it was pleaded that the order dated 22.11.2018 in W.P.No.42012 of 2018 is not complied with. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps & Registration, submitted the written instructions of the Sub-Registrar, Pakala vide Lr.C.C.867/2020, dated 01.04.2025. Paragraphs-4 of the written instructions reads thus: “4. I submit that on receipt of the said proceedings, the then District Registrar, Chittoor vide Memo No.G2/1993/2020, dated 28.11.2020 deleted the subject land from the list of prohibitory properties. 5. I submit that upon deletion of the subject land from the list of prohibited properties, the petitioner executed a Sale Deed dated 25.01.2021 in favour of P.Purna Prakash in respect of Plot No.33 to an extent of 162.93 Sq.yards laid in Sy.No.2073-3A of Doddipalle village, Piler Mandal, Chittoor District and presented the same before this respondent and this respondent registered the same vide document No.304/2021 on 25.01.2021. Subsequently, the petitioner sold several plots of the subject land through registered sale deeds …” 6. Given the written instructions supra, the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner the order dated 22.11.2018 in W.P.No.42012 of 2018 is not complied with, is misconceived. 7.
