To grant a permanent injunction restraining the Defendants, its men, agents, officers, servants, licensees, or persons claiming on its behalf and all other persons as well as all other Associated Channels/Sub- Channels of First Defendant in any manner exhibiting, exploiting, or interfering with the exploitation of the Plaintiff's copyrights in the schedule mentioned films, by way of storing, broadcasting, commercially exploiting, monitizing, licensing, communicating to the public and/or oth­ erwise making available through YouTube Channels “JD Music”, “JD Music”, “JD Music”, “JD Music” of the First Defendant without prior authorization or license, and/or in any other manner whatsoever which vi­ olates the Plaintiff's rights under the Copyright Act, 1957; b. Upon receipt of notice in the interlocutory application, the 2nd defendant, which is the platform through which the 1st defendant was broadcasting the allegedly infringing material, has stated in the written statement that the allegedly infringing content has been blocked. 3. The plaintiff has not requested for damages or any other relief, other than the injunctive relief. In the facts and circumstances outlined above, nothing further survives in the suit for adjudication.
