Today, when the matter is taken up, petitioner appeared virtually through video conferencing and respondent No.2 present before this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent No.2 have identified the parties in the open Court. 6. 3 This Court has questioned the respondent No.2 with regard to compromise, and she categorically stated to that extent that she has voluntarily entered into compromise with the petitioners herein. This Court is satisfied with the identification of the parties and voluntariness in arriving at the compromise. The demand draft of Rs. 15,00,000/- is handed over before 7. this Court. 8. Since the parties entered into settlement, the Criminal Petition is allowed and therefore, the proceedings in FIR.No.541 of 2023 on the file of Tadepalli Police Station, Guntur district, against the petitioner herein is hereby quashed. 9.
