CMP No. 16202 of 2025 Despite repeated opportunities, the non- applicant/appellant has not been able to place on record instructions. He submits that despite efforts, he could not contact the non-applicant/appellant. The applicant/respondent by way of this application has prayed for release of the decretal amount lying in deposit in the Registry of this Court on the assertion that after the dismissal of RSA No. 69 of 2015, the applicant has become entitled to the said amount. Since there is no opposition to the application, the same is allowed. The entire decretal amount lying in deposit in the Registry of this Court in RSA No. 69 of 2015 along with upto date interest accrued thereon is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/respondent, by remitting the same directly to her bank account, as per details provided in para-3 of the application, after due verification.
