Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned AGA for the State; and perused the records. 2. Present application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in FIR No.0152 of 2022, under Sections 376, 323, 506 IPC, Police Station Krishna Nagar, District Lucknow. 3. The applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 03.12.2024. There is no material to suggest that the applicant has misused the said liberty. It is informed that charge-sheet has been filed. 4. Learned AGA opposes the bail application. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the interim anticipatory bail granted vide order dated 03.12.2024 is confirmed and the applicant namely Hansraj Rawat is granted anticipatory bail till conclusion of trial with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Arun Sinha, Anil Kumar Tiwari, Siddhartha Sinha Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. (d) The applicant shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court. 6. The applicant need not to furnish fresh bail bond and sureties and the same submitted in terms of the order 03.12.2024 shall be valid. 7. The anticipatory bail application is allowed in above terms.
