Mr Choudhury submits that as per his instructions, the respondent, herein, Page No.# 2/2 has already vacated the premises, but Mr Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already returned the amount of Rs. 76 lacs, on 08.01.2025, and in spite of receiving the amount, the premises have not been vacated by the respondent. Further, Mr Ahmed submits he has already filed the execution case before the learned executing Court and the same is pending there and as such, this CRP (IO) may be closed. 3. Taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties, this CRP (IO) stands closed. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to pursue the execution case. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
