(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 8.1.2026 issued by Secretary Cooperation to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith communication dated 18.12.2025 issued by Assistant Registrar (Cooperative Societies), Keylong, District Lahaul and Spiti, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands complied with. 2. Having carefully perused aforesaid document, which is taken on record, this Court finds that sum of Rs. 4,60,431/- has been paid 2 towards arrears of salary. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly acknowledges factum with regard to aforesaid compliance. 3.
