This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has made following main prayer(s): "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing to the Opposite Parties to provide the benefits to the petitioner under the Pradhan Mantri Matsya Sampada Yojana in pursuance of letter of Acceptance dated 08.09.2023 (Contained as annexure no. 1). (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing to the Director, Matsya Palak Vibhag (Opposite Party No. 3) to decide the representation given by the petitioner (Contained as annexure no. 4 to this writ petition), within time prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that they shall pass an order on the representation of the petitioner. 4. In light of the same, the District Level Committee (Fisheries) is directed to grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and thereafter pass a reasoned order on the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from date.
