ANTICIPATORY BAIL APPLICATION U/S 482 BNSS No. - 1931 of 2025 Court No. - 15 HON'BLE KARUNESH SINGH PAWAR, J. 1.The present anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in case crime No.285 of 2025, under sections 2/3 U.P. Gangster and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, P.S. Deeh, district 2.Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 3.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that one case is shown in the gang charge, in which the applicant has been enlarged on bail. The applicant has been falsely implicated. 4. Learned Addl. Government Advocate has opposed the prayer made by applicant's counsel. It is submitted that one case shown in the gang chart is under NDPS Act. Apart from this case, the applicant has a criminal history of three other cases. Out of these, two cases pertain to NDPS Act. It is submitted that there are stringent conditions for grant of bail under NDPS Act. Considering the criminal history of NDPS Act, the application is liable to be rejected. 5.Considering the above aspects of the matter, perusal of the record, the applicant, apart from the case shown in the gang chart of NDPS Act, has a criminal history of three other cases and out of three, two cases are under NDPS Act which is a special Act, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant.
