Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned State Counsel for opposite parties. 2. Petition has been filed seeking mainly for the following reliefs:- "(a) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and commanding the Opposite parties to pay post retiral dues of the petitioner viz. Gratuity, GPF, Group Insurance and pension including arrears of pension with interest @ 12% per annum from the date of its due till the date of actual payment. (b) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and commanding the Opposite parties to regularize the services of the petitioner w.e.f. 10.2.2000 as directed by the Learned Labour Court and also to grant financial up-gradation under ACP Scheme on completion of 10 years and 16 years of service respectively by revising the pensionary benefits and also to pay arrears thereof with interest @ 12% per annum from the date of its due till the date of actual payment." 3. Since considering petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, liberty is granted to petitioner to file fresh representation before opposite party no.2 i.e. Engineer-in-Chief, Vyasthapan (Gha Varg), Department of Public Works Department, Uttar Pradesh, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Dharm Raj Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Anil Kumar .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Addl. Chief Secy. Pwd Lko And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) Lucknow - or any other competent authority who shall consider and decide the same within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of fresh representation along with a certified copy of this order. 4.
