The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No.366 of 2024 arising out of Chas, Muffasil P.S. Case No. 117 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1)/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Bokaro. The petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased namely Sahuran Bibi, who was murdered in her matrimonial home. From the postmortem report, it appears that several superficial burn injuries along with abrasions were found on the person of the deceased. It further appears that she was electrocuted to death. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
