GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondent Nos.4 to 6 in acting as hand in glove with the respondent Nos. 9 to 15, who are trying to encroach upon in Sy.No.312/B to an extent of Ac.1.42 cts of Chinnaetipakam Village, Rasapalem Post, Satyavedu Mandal, Chittoot District and also acting under the undue influence of the local political leaders belonging to party in power as illegal, arbitrary, unjust, improper, violative of Principles of Natural Justice and also violative of Article 300-A and 14 of air Constitution of India.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering with the civil disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents. 3 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioners and the unofficial Respondents.
