(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 30.08.2025, issued under the signatures of Secretary, Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Mr. Vikrant Thakur, learned counsel representing the respondent No.2-HPPSC, states that mandate contained in the judgment, sought to be complied with, stands duly complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid office order dated 30.08.2025, which is taken on record, this Court finds that respondents after having found petitioners similar situate to the petitioner in Mohit 2 Sharma’s case, have allowed higher pay stage in the concerned level of pay matrix, after completion of two years of regular service. DDO concerned has also been directed to fix the pay of the petitioners and release the arrears, if any, as per Finance Department instructions from time to time. 3. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the present petition is disposed of, with the direction to DDO concerned to ensure that needful, in terms of afore order dated 30.08.2025 is done expeditiously, preferably, within a period of three weeks, failing which petitioners would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards the implementation of the judgment, sought to be executed.
