Learned AGA, on the basis of the averments contained in paragraph- 7 of the counter affidavit, states that a charge-sheet dated 04.04.2025 has been filed. 5. Considering the aforesaid, it is apparent that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7.
