ORDER:
1. Heard the submissions of the
learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home Department.
2. This writ petition is filed aggrieved by inaction of the 4^*^ respondent in not considering the representation of the petitioners seeking protection. 3 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are troubled by the unofficial respondents and in that regard the petitioners have submitted a representation to the 4^'^ respondent seeking protection, however the police failed to provide protection.
4. The learned counsel further submits that the unofficial respondents, though not have a right over the property, are interfering in the agricultural activity of the petitioners. The learned counsel further submits that the police have failed to provide protection.
5. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the 4*'' respondent registered the complaint of the petitioner as a case in Crime No.38 of 2025, the same was investigated into and filed charge sheet. It is further submitted that the petitioners have not submitted any representation seeking police aid.

6. Considering the submissions, in the event, the petitioners submit any representation seeking police aid, the 4'^ respondent to consider such representation in accordance with law.
7. With the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
