Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State counsel for opposite parties. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking the following main reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to work on the post of Seasonal Collection Amin. (ii)-Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, commanding the opposite parties to include the name of the petitioners in the list of Seasonal Collection Amin, maintained by the opposite party no.2.
