JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER 18.08.2025 Heard Mr. K Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant and Mr. T Marngar, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 2. The petitioner herein who is the applicant had filed the instant application seeking impleadment of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 of the instant application to the accompanying writ petition on the ground that the petitioner made supplies to the respondent No.1 of the writ petition through the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in the present application. The applicant therefore, submits that the said respondent Nos.1 and 2 of the instant application be arrayed at the respondent Nos.3 and 4 respectively in the accompanying writ petition. 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 of the accompanying writ petition submits that he has no objection to the prayer made in the instant application. 4. Taking into account the above, the instant application stands allowed thereby arraying the respondent Nos.1 and 2 in the instant application as respondent Nos.3 and 4 to the accompanying writ petition. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner/applicant is directed to file a fresh memo of parties before the Registry of this Court within 7(seven) days from today and the Registry on the basis thereof shall make the necessary correction in the cause-title and update the same in the CIS.
