The Petitioner claims to be the owner of Plots No.10 and 11 in Layout Plan No.707/84 (A) having purchased vide registered Sale Deeds dated 11.09.2012 and 04.10.2017 respectively. As there is threat of dispossession, the present Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on instructions submits that no steps being taken by the Respondent Authorities for acquiring the land of the Petitioner and no such acquisition proposal is under consideration at are this point of time. 4. In view of the submissions by the learned Standing Counsel, the apprehension of the Petitioner is redressed. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dosed. No order as to costs.
