Earlier when the writ petition was called on 12.12.2024, an accommodation was prayed for on behalf of the petitioner. Today, when the writ petition has been called, petitioner is not represented. As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms. Tanima Sengupta, learned advocate, is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities. Mr. Robiul Islam, learned advocate, appears for the respondent nos.10 to 15. In view of the petitioner not being interested to pursue the present writ petition, WPA 9586 of 2024 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
