By the present writ petition, the petitioner, who is a Patwari is seeking direction towards the respondent authorities to decide his representation dated 18.02.2025 (Annexure P-1) by which the petitioner has prayed for enhancement of the subsistence allowance from 50% to 75%. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, that petitioner has been JYOTI SHARMA Digitally signed by JYOTI SHARMA Date: 2025.04.25 10:59:46 +0530 2 / 2 suspended by order dated 27.04.2024 on account of unauthorized absent from the duty. He further submits that it is well settled law that suspension shall not be beyond the period of 90 days. He further submits that petitioner has also submitted a representation dated 18.02.2025 raising his grievances and prayed for enhancement of the subsistence allowance but the same has not been decided till date. He would submit that the authorizes may be directed to decide the pending representation of the petitioner within stipulated period. 3. Learned State counsel submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner may be considered and decided within stipulated period. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, it is directed that respondents shall decide the representation of the petitioner dated 18.02.2025 (Annexure P- 1) within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law and on its own merits by passing a reasoned order. 6.
