Monomala, learned GA appearing for the respondent nos. 1 & 2; and Mr. L. Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondents no. 3. [2] In view of the limited prayed made on behalf of the petitioner and as agreed to by all the learned counsel appearing for the parties the present writ petition is being disposed of without waiting for the counter affidavit of the respondents. Edn. Department, Govt. of Manipur (respondent No. 2) to consider the representation dated 03.09.2025 submitted by the petitioners on its own merit and strictly in terms of applicable rules and to disposed of the same by issuing a speaking order within a stipulate period. [4] Mrs. L. Monomala, learned GA and Mr. L. Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent fairly submitted that as the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner’s is confined to consideration and disposal of the representation submitted by the petitioners, they have no objection in disposing of this writ petition as prayed for on behalf of the petitioners. [5] Considering the submission advanced by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on examination of record, this Court is of the consider view that it will served the interest of justice to issue the following directions; (i) The Principal Secretary/ Commissioner, Hr. & Tech. Edn., Department, Govt. of Manipur is hereby directed to the consider aforesaid representation dated 03.09.2025 submitted by Page 3 the petitioner’s on its own merit and strictly in terms of the applicable rules and to dispose of the same by issuing a speaking order. (ii) The whole exercise should be completed as early as possible but not later than two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (iii) It is made clear that the aforesaid direction has been given without considering the merit raise by the petitioner’s in this writ petition. [6] With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition is hereby disposed of. JUDGE Lucy
