Heard Sri Ashish Kumar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. Vide order dated 22.11.2018, the matter was remitted to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre with the direction that the same may be decided after giving notices to both the parties, in pursuance of which, the Mediation and Conciliation Centre has submitted its report on 16.02.2019 enclosing the terms of settlement agreement entered between the parties. Since both the parties have agreed upon on their claims or demands against each other with respect to the dispute between them. All the disputes and the differences in this regard have been amicably settled by the parties through process of mediation/conciliation. The report of the Mediation and Conciliation Centre dated 16.02.2019 is available on record, duly verified and signed by both the parties. 3. Therefore, in the light of the terms mentioned hereinabove, the instant matter is being disposed of. Parties to act in accordance with the terms provided in the agreement. 4. Accordingly, the criminal proceedings / civil proceedings / matrimonial proceedings pending between the parties are hereby Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Ashish Kuamr Shukla, Hari Bux Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s): Govt.
