Today when the petition is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of instructions dated 24.02.2025, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Penamaluru Police Station, Krishna District, wherein it is stated that pending the present petition, the Police, after due investigation referred the case as “Undetectable” vide C.No.831/SDPO/GVRM/2022, dated 31.10.2022. 3. In view of the fact that on 31.10.2022, as the case was referred as undetectable by the investigating officer, this Court is of the opinion that the cause in the present Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
