HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW WRIT - A No. - 13449 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE MANISH MATHUR, J.
1. Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned State Counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties.
2. Present petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed seeking challenge to order dated 16.10.2025 and three orders dated 08.10.2025 pertaining to all the four writ-petitioners. Benefit of Government Orders dated 06.05.2025 and 24.07.2015 has been sought.
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioners submits that inadvertenly a single petition has been filed although separate orders were passed with regard to all the writ-petitioners. He therefore seeks liberty to file afresh.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to file fresh separate writ petitions with regard to all the four writ- petitioners.
