In the meantime Mr. Barbhuiya also submitted that as per of his instruction the case is already committed to the Court of learned Sessions Judge. In view of above, the petitioner is hereby asked to approach the learned Sessions Judge with an appropriate application for bail, which may be considered in accordance with law.
