Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions dated 01.12.2024 received from Sri Kuber Tiwari, Sub Inspector, Police Station Tarabganj, District Gonda, a copy of which has been placed before this Court and is placed on record, submits that final report dated 05.09.2024 has been filed in the Court of A.C.J.M. I, Gonda, therefore, this petition has lost its efficacy and has rendered infructuous. It is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. However, he submits that in compliance of the order dated 13.07.2025, the petitioner no.1 had deposited a sum of Rs. 4,50,000/- with the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, which was subject to the outcome of the mediation but mediation in the matter has failed, therefore, the same may be directed to be refunded to the petitioners. To which, there is no objection by the other side. 2.In view of above, it is directed that the aforesaid amount shall be released and paid to the petitioner no.1 in accordance with the law, which shall be transferred in the account of the said petitioner, who had deposited the amount, on furnishing the account details, after verification. 3. With the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed.
