Agarwal, learned counsel for the Informant and learned APP for the State in both the aforesaid cases. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 321 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 118(1), 109, 61(2), 3(5) of the BNS and under Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8098 of 2025(5) dt.02-07-2025 2/2 Section 27 of the Arms Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are accused of conspiring to get the victim murdered. 4. The victim was shot by unknown criminals and during investigation, the name of the petitioner has come. The petitioners are in custody since 10.09.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the application of the petitioners and has submitted that the petitioners are involved in hatching conspiracy to kill the victim. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed. 7. Let the petitioners of both the aforesaid cases i.e. Aman Kumar and Arvind Yadav @ Arvid Yadav, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Murliganj P.S.
