The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No.79 of 2024, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 304-B/34 of IPC, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively and false allegations have been made against them and the petitioner No.1 is aged about 95 years and petitioner No.2 is aged about 80 years. 4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of instigating and due to that the suicide was committed by the daughter-in-law. 5. Considering that the petitioners are the father-in-law and mother-in-law respectively and they are aged about 95 years and 80 years and from the FIR, it does not transpire that how these 2025:JHHC:24089 2 petitioners are involved in instigating the deceased to commit suicide, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of their surrender / arrest, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Palamau, in connection with Chhattarpur P.S. Case No.79 of 2024, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 7.
