It has been noticed that regular inquiry had also been completed and show cause notices have been issued. 3. Counsel for the State has now placed on record the reply showing that the orders have been passed. Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 4. In view of the above, the present Public Interest Litigation has been rendered infructuous. 5. Needless to say, any observation made by us in this context shall not prejudice the authority while deciding the appeal of the private respondents. 6.
