This is an application under Section 430 of BNSS, 2023 for suspension of sentence and subsequent bail to the appellant in connection with the judgment and order dated 14.05.2025 passed in Special (POCSO) Case No. 55/2022 by the Special Judge (POCSO), Golaghat. 3. By virtue of Section 430 of BNSS, 2023, the petitioner made an application before the Ld. Trial Court for enlarging him on bail till he files the appeal before the Appellate Court and the Ld. Trial Court, vide order dated 14.05.2025, had allowed the appellant to remain on his previous bail. 4. Resultantly, the sentence imposed upon the petitioner is suspended during the pendency of the instant Criminal Appeal and the petitioner may remain on previous till the appeal is heard and disposed of. 5.
