The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner praying for following relief:- "i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondents to promote the petitioner on the post of Anganbadi Karyakartri from the post of Assistant Anganbadi Karyakartri in Kshetra Panchayat Bigahi, Block Development Office Belahari, District Ballia." It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is working on the post of Assistant Anganbadi Karyakartri and is seeking promotion on the post of Anganbadi Karyakartri. In this respect, the petitioner has made a representation dated 5.10.2024 before the respondent no.3, which is pending consideration. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 5.10.2024 will be decided by respondent no.3 in a time bound manner. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.3 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 5.10.2024 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
