Pursuant to the orders being passed by this Court on 14.08.2025, 20.08.2025, 21.08.2025 and 27.08.2025, the State respondents have filed an affidavit stating interalia that, keeping in tune with Clause 4.1.1.2 as well as the Assam Procurement Reference Policy, 2021, an additional corrigendum has been issued on 26.08.2025, whereby the Minimum Average Turnover for the last three years as mentioned in Clause 4 of the Additional Terms and Conditions in connection with Tender No. PRI.634353/Pt/23 (Supply of Dietary articles under Zone-5 jails of Assam during the Financial Year 2025-26) dated 06-08-2025 as Rs. 5 crore in respect of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). 3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioner is no longer aggrieved with Clause 4 of the Additional Terms and Conditions of the said tender. 4. Taking into account the above, nothing further remains before this Court for adjudication, for which the instant writ petition stands closed. 5. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.
