This Court, vide order dated 12.04.2024 passed in MCRC No. MANPREET KAUR Digitally signed by MANPREET KAUR Date: 2025.04.21 16:50:18 +0530 2 2179/2024, while allowing the bail to the applicants, namely, Balakdas Patre and Sumit Bisi had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of passing of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 4. The learned Special Judge (N.D.P.S. Act), Saraipali, District - Mahasamund (C.G.), vide its request letter dated 08.11.2024 requests for grant of some more time for concluding the trial stating that due to absence of accused- Sumit Bisi, who is imprisoned in Balangir jail, Odisha for another case, the trial could not be concluded. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
