By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought issuance of a direction for conducting inquiry against Gram Pradhan and Gram Sachiv and other responsible officers. 3. The prayer does not even mention the name of Village, the inquiry against whose Pradhan is sought and the complaint on the basis of which the petitioner is seeking institution of inquiry, has not been annexed with the petition. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed leaving it open for the petitioner to file a fresh petition with complete particulars and appropriate prayer.
