GUNESHWAR SHARMA ORDER 29.08.2025 [1] This matter is taken up today as unlisted item. [2] Heard Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. Y. Ashang, learned PP for the State respondent. [3] Vide order dated 26.08.2025, this Court permitted the applicant to be released on interim bail from 29.08.2025 to 02.09.2025 to attend the Annual Death Anniversary of his father and he is to surrender on 03.09.2025 before the Superintendent of Police, Manipur Central Jail, Sajiwa. [4] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that since, no direction was issued to the Ld. Sessions Judge, Imphal West, which the applicant was convicted and appeal is pending before this Court. [5] In the circumstances, in order to facilitate released of the applicant on interim bail, the SP, Manipur Central Jail, Sajiwa is directed to issue released order for the period from 29.08.2025 to 02.09.2025 with the conditions that the applicant shall surrender on 03.09.2025 before the SP, Manipur Central Jail, Sajiwa. [6] With these observations, the present MC(Crl.A.) No. 33 of 2025 is disposed of. [7] List the MC(Crl.A.) No. 30 of 2025 on 17.09.2025. [7] Registry is directed to send a copy of this order to the SP, Manipur Central Jail, Sajiwa, today itself.
